What Type of Plug Do We Use for the Machine?
What Type of Plug Do We Use for the Machine?
Our machines use a standard NEMA 5-15 plug. If you choose to use an extension cord, please ensure that the cable is rated for a maximum current of 5 amps. Depending on the model, the total power consumption of HAHA machines ranges from 380W to 520W.
Why My Machine's Temperature is Different from the Target Temperature?
The temperature difference between the actual and target temperatures in HAHA Machine is a normal part of its operation, driven by the compressor’s cycle. The compressor activates when the internal temperature rises above the target, and stops once it falls below. This cycle maintains stable cooling, reduces energy consumption, and extends the compressor’s lifespan. The temperature difference typically stays within 8°F.
How to Set up Wired or Wireless Connection for HAHA Vending Machine?
Requirements
HAHA Machine relys on a constant internet connection to ensure reliable uptime and deliver a highly responsive service experience for guests. To integrate with your existing network, you will need to purchase an additional router for each HAHA Vending Machine. Please note that each machine requires its own dedicated router. For wireless connectivity, we recommend using a Tenda router, while for a fully wired setup, any router brand will suffice.
The formentioned router can work with network that meets the following requirement:
- Connection Speed: 10 mbps up/down speed minimum
- No Captive Portal / Additional Login page
- No Device–type Limitation: Our machine operates with a range of specialized IoT-enabled parts, which are different from standard phones, tablets, or laptops. Please ensure that there are no device-type restrictions in your policies. We can provide MAC addresses upon request if needed.
