Please be advised that our network carrier is undergoing a platform upgrade and maintenance. During this period, some devices may experience temporary offline status. No manual action is required; devices will automatically resume normal operation once the upgrade is complete.
Affected Scope: Models equipped with 4G SIM cards on Carrier B’s network.
Affected Periods (EST):
May 26, 2026: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM
May 27, 2026: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
May 28, 2026: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If the network upgrade results in any spoilage of goods within your vending machines, please contact our customer service team via the Merchant App (Support section) or call us at +1 (771) 203-4228 to apply for compensation.
