Moving forward, all bills will strictly follow a standard 3-stage timeline:

1. Payment Period: Pay your bill anytime using your Account Balance or other supported methods. All functions remain active.
– Service Fees: Generated on the 1st, due by the 10th each month.
– Other Bills: From bill generation date to due date, per contract.

2. Grace Period (unpaid after Payment Period): Bill marked overdue, withdrawals suspended, and balance auto-charged in full once sufficient funds are available.
– Service Fees: 11th–20th each month.
– Other Bills: From the day after due date, per contract.

3. Penalty Period (unpaid after grace period): All grace period measures remain in effect. Late fees will accrue and must be settled together with the outstanding bill.
